REFUND POLICY
Our return policy spans 7 days from the date of item receipt, allowing for a return request within this period. Given the personalized nature of our products, we exclusively accept returns for damages and defects.
For eligibility in a return, your item must maintain its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To commence a return process, kindly reach out to us at admin@wearmeph.shop. Upon approval, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch the package. Items returned without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Assessment of Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. Should there be any defects, damages, or receipt of incorrect items, promptly notify us. This enables us to assess the matter and rectify it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, due to the customized nature of our products, undamaged items are ineligible for return.
Exchanges:
To ensure prompt receipt of the desired item, we recommend returning the current item. Once the return is authorized, a separate purchase for the desired item can be made.
Refunds:
Upon our receipt and examination of your return, we'll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that the time required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
